• iWebsor: Refers to the Cloud hosting and related services provided by Bitbull Technologies Pvt. Ltd., located in SAS Nagar, Mohali.
• User: Any individual or entity that accesses or uses iWebsor’s services.
• Order: The transaction made by a user for iWebsor’s services.

1. Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are available for first-time purchases only and must be requested within seven (7) days of the initial purchase date. To be eligible, the service must not have been used beyond the initial setup.

2. Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your request. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days upon verification.

3. Non-Refundable Services: Setup fees, administrative fees, and additional service fees are non-refundable. Any services that have been used or accessed are also excluded from the refund policy.

4. Changes to the Refund Policy: iWebsor reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
